Oracle Guide
Stats
Oracle gearing is very similar to Seeker. Like that guide, it is very likely that you will have different heroics to me, so I will describe the stats that make up a good Oracle build instead of exclusively recommending one gear setup. We want high Cooldown Speed, Buff Duration, and Attack Speed. Then we also want decent Range, and as much of our core healing stats as we can get (Healing, Healing over Time, Shield Health.)
Specifically I recommend building these values:
120% Cooldown Speed. You can get away with around 110% or 115%, but 120% is ideal despite diminishing returns.
Minimum 115% Buff Duration. This will let you keep up major abilities like Seer or Invincible Wall with 100% uptime or near to it. (My Invincible Wall disappears for about half a second between casts without Deadly Markers.) It is possible to build higher - around 130% comfortably. On Seeker I only run around 115%, but my planned Oracle build for Nix reaches 123% without Heroic Chest.
Wand Attack Speed as low as you can get it. This lets you get out critical abilities faster, specifically Invincible Wall. Don’t underestimate the importance of speeding up this animation, I have saved wipes many times that I would have missed if my Wall was slower. My current in game speed is 0.25 and my goal build for Nix is around 0.28.
Our 4-set choice is pretty simple this patch. Frigid Melody will boost our shields slightly and give us additional healing on shielding. It may be possible to run two 2-sets instead of Frigid, but I haven't explored this possibility much yet. In T3, I ran Brute + Scion instead of Twilight because Twilight's stats were so bad, but my Frigid Melody setup on Questlog seems pretty great.
Aim to get Cordy Wand eventually. In a perfect bossing scenario, Oracle should not be casting Distortion Veil at all, and we are therefore bound slightly by our Invincible Wall strength. Even though Oracle has access to more Shield Health stat than Seeker, Cordy is still a massive boost for the class. If not using Cordy, I recommend Heroic Wand with Invigorating Salvation core. If you are using Cordy, I recommend Heroic Orb with Tevent or Cordy cores.
Get Shield Health everywhere you can get it, including yellow runes, chaos runes, Silvermoon Belt, and Sacred Tree ring.
Skills
Tevent Orb - Trash
Tevent Orb - Boss
Non Tevent Orb - Trash
Non Tevent Orb - Boss
I have four skill setups on Questlog, but two of these are Tevent Orb variations. Basically, I have and recommend two setups. For trash, you will use Satellite Copy -> Distortion Veil as needed to cover gaps in your Invincible Wall. Tevent users can drop some of that kit in the trash build to focus more on safety. For boss, you will drop Distortion Veil entirely to benefit from the Seer buff in addition to your wand buffs.
Starcalling is taken in the trash build for building and maintaining Celestial Guard stacks and boosting Distortion Veil. In the Tevent boss build, Summon Constellation is taken instead. Since the boss build doesn't use Distortion Veil, we don't need to keep orbs out at all times. Instead, we only send them with Constellation to follow with Supernova Collapse for the Tevent debuff. If you don't use Tevent, you don't need to use orbs at all on bosses.
Tevent Orb will use Star Destroyer, Supernova Collapse, and some ability to cast orbs. If you aren't using Tevent Orb, you don't need to use these.
Swift Healing is used to spot heal between Invincible Wall casts.
Guardian Satellite Copy, Fountain of Life, Blessed Barrier, Invincible Wall, Janice's Rage, Enchanting Time, and Restoring Constellation can all be cast on cooldown.
Mastery

I haven't found any reason to tweak this for Nix. I don't take any nodes that we make use of in the first ring. In the second, I take Celestial Guard to boost shields when orb effects are activated and Cosmic Cycle for builds that use Supernova Collapse, for mana upkeep. In the third ring, I only take Tranquil Will. Finally, I take both Seer and Breath of Infinity epic nodes for the group buffing and healing.
On Wand, I use the same mastery as my Seeker. Corrupting Hit for upkeeping Time For Punishment, both Eye masteries (technically you can minmax this but I don't find there to be any point), Celestial Boost for Invincible Wall and Fountain of Life, Spectal Defense for a shield on Enchanting Time, and both left epic nodes for boosting heals.
Playstyle
Invincible Wall is your main form of group protection. In boss fights, you should have enough cooldown reduction from Deadly Markers that you are able to cast this very often. In trash clears, you can use Satellite -> Distortion Veil between Invincible Wall casts.
Most of our abilities can be pretty mindlessly cast on cooldown. On bosses we will not cast Distortion Veil, because we want to keep the Seer buff up with as much uptime as possible. Alternatively to my setups, it is possible to slot Distortion Veil and cast it only right as Guardian Satellite Copy ends. I don't find this to be generally necessary in my T10 runs.
FAQ
Orb or Wand out? - Orb looks cooler and technically applies more Corrupting Hit procs. This is personal preference though, use whatever.
Orb or Wand block? - Orb block has an annoying effect called Afterimage that requires a second counter attack or you will teleport back into place after a few seconds. Because of this, I recommend always running wand block.
Guardian? - Lonely Soul for group shield or Fairy for party attack speed buff.
Does Stellarite matter? - Yes.
Artifacts? - Any are fine. We don’t benefit from Crit Damage so don’t use your damage ones. I run either Ancestral Armor for HP or Forsaken Zealot for Stamina and Defense.
